• 1 cup Quaker Oats
• 1/2 medium green pepper, diced finely 
• 1/2 medium yellow pepper, diced finely 
• 1/2 medium red pepper, diced finely
• 1/2 cup mushroom diced finely
• 3 stalks spring onions, sliced finely
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 2 egg whites, lightly beaten
• 3/4 cup water
• 1 chicken breast cube
• 2 tsps. dried basil
• 1/4 tsp. pepper
• 1 Tbsp. oil
• 1/2 tsp. salt
 

Cooking Instructions

• Heat oil and stir fry peppers, mushrooms, spring onions and garlic over a medium flame until tender.
• In a large bowl mix oat and egg whites.
• Add the oat mixture to the vegetables and stir well for about 6 minutes.
• Add water, chicken cube, basil, salt and pepper.
• Cook for another 3 to 4 minutes until the broth thickens.
• Dish out and serve.
